Estelle Berenbaum, Esq., LL.M., is the founder and President of the Berenbaum, P.A. Law Firm.

Attorney Estelle Berenbaum was born and raised in France. In 2005, she moved to the U.S. in order to acquire an international legal experience in addition to her experience in France.

Her decision to practice immigration law was an indubitable choice given that she moved herself to the U.S. and had first-hand experience in the immigration process.

As a result of having been through the immigration process herself, she understands the stress and difficulties the process can cause to clients.

Prior to immigrating to the United States, Estelle Berenbaum studied at L’Université de Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ) School of Law, one of the best universities in her home country. She received three Master’s degrees in Law, Political Science and Management Sciences from the UVSQ.

Additionally, she pursued her postgraduate studies in the United States, at the University of Miami-School of Law where she was successfully awarded an additional Masters of Law (LL.M.) in U.S. and Transnational Law as a top student of her class. Thereafter, Mrs. Berenbaum was admitted to the New York State Bar. Since immigration law is federal law, she can represent clients anywhere in the United States and abroad.

Estelle Berenbaum’s combined expertise in both the French and U.S. legal systems is a valuable advantage for her clients. As such, she can offer comprehensive solutions to her clients by understanding their businesses, strategies, and internal corporate structures in both countries.

In addition to her international academic achievements, Estelle Berenbaum is also enjoying a remarkable professional career. Prior to opening her own immigration practice, she acquired significant expertise in U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Law while working alongside of renowned and highly respected leading immigration law specialists at major U.S. law firms such as Fowler White Burnett, P.A. and Kurzban, Kurzban, Weinger, Tetzeli & Pratt, P.A. Thus, Mrs. Berenbaum provides the expertise of the best immigration lawyers to her clients.

Mrs. Berenbaum has also authored an article on immigration practices published by the American Immigration Lawyer Association (AILA). (33rd Annual Immigration Law Update Conference Handbook of the South Florida Chapter.)

Mrs. Estelle Berenbaum is an active member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and of the American Immigration Lawyer Association (AILA).

The combination of Estelle Berenbaum’s background, international education, experience, and skills make her a one-of-a-kind legal representative for your needs.
