Nicole practices in all areas of U.S. business immigration law, with a focus on nonimmigrant visas and permanent residence. She is experienced in assisting individuals of extraordinary ability, and has represented a wide range of clients including athletes, singers, musicians, actors and entertainers.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Nicole worked with a boutique immigration law firm in Miami. During law school, Nicole was a staff editor for the International and Comparative Law Review. She also served as a summer intern for the Miami-Dade Public Defenders office.
