Miami immigration attorney, Abraham David Benhayoun, is a multi-jurisdictional, (Venezuelan-American), bilingual (Spanish-English) immigration attorney who has extensive experience in business-related and employment-based immigration matters. Prior to joining the Benhayoun Law Firm, Abraham David served as an associate attorney at two distinguished immigration firms, one located in Miami, Florida, and the other in Houston, Texas. His experience at The Benhayoun Law Firm has given him an eye for the subtle, but often complex, estate planning, international tax, and corporate issues that visa and citizenship applicants often have. This allows him to give his clients a well-rounded service almost no other Miami immigration attorney at his level can offer.

Abraham David received his first degree to practice law at Universidad Santa Maria in Caracas, Venezuela. Later, he obtained his second legal degree, a Juris Doctor (JD), at the University of Miami School of Law, and his third legal degree, a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in International Law, also at the University of Miami School of Law.
