Attorney Andreea Radulescu received her Law Degree from the University of Miami School of Law. While there, she earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and Hope Pro Bono Challenge Award. Prior to law school, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree magna cum laude from Florida International University studying Political Science and Art History. During her time at FIU, she was awarded the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award in Political Science and was recruited as a member of the nation’s most prestigious academic honor society, Phi Beta Kappa. She is Romanian/American and is trilingual in English, Romanian, and Spanish.
Ms. Radulescu particularly enjoys working on employment-based visas with an orientation towards the arts and sciences cases. Her casework includes highly-technical EB-2 National Interest Waiver visas for foreign engineers as well as EB-1 Extraordinary Ability visas for creative professionals, including artists, musicians, and athletes. In addition, Ms. Radulescu is a passionate advocate on behalf of asylum seekers and family-based applicants/petitioners including VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) domestic abuse victims.
