Solimar Santos is the founder of Solimar Santos, P.A., focusing on complex business immigration matters for prominent individuals and the employees of corporate clients. She has successfully represented doctors, researchers, business executives, engineers, entertainers, athletes and high-tech workers, and has broad experience with all non-immigrant visas and permanent residency petitions based on labor certification applications and on extraordinary ability.

Upon completion of law school, Solimar spent almost four years as an associate attorney at a private civil litigation firm, representing corporate and individual clients in state and federal courts. Solimar learned, however, that her true interest, passion, and calling was to be of service to those who seek the opportunity to live and work lawfully in the United States. Solimar subsequently worked at two premier immigration law firms over the last decade, gaining extensive knowledge and experience in the practice of immigration law. Whether her clients are individuals or companies in a variety of fields seeking to transfer or hire foreign workers, Solimar’s analysis, attention, focus and practical approach to each matter maximizes results.

Solimar understands the importance of each and every matter, fully aware that what is at stake involves families and loved ones, and that in most cases a client’s immigration matter is the single most important factor in determining their plans for the rest of their lives. It is not something she takes lightly. Solimar considers it an honor and a privilege to be a part of such an important aspect of a client’s life journey.
