Yuliya Novik is a Florida licensed attorney with extensive experience in litigation and immigration. Ms. Novik focuses her work at AmLaw Group on most aspects of business-related immigration petitions as well as corporate matters.
Ms. Novik obtained her J.D. with cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in December 2014. While in law school, Ms. Novik was a member and editor of the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review and also received a faculty award in trial litigation advocacy. She has interned for Legal Services of Greater Miami as well as other immigration-related pro bono events.
Prior to moving to the United States, Ms. Novik received her first undergraduate degree in International Economics and World Business Relations in her native country of Belarus. Ms. Novik is a member of the Broward County Bar Association young lawyers sections as well as the Russian American Bar Association of Florida (RABA).
