Mrs. Alicia Morgan, the founder of Immigration Lawyers USA LLC, is an attorney licensed in the state of Kentucky who practices federal immigration and nationality law for clients in Florida and across the United States. Immigration Lawyers USA, LLC is based in Miami, Florida and offers in-person

consultations throughout South Florida, including North Miami, Miami Beach, and Brickell. Mrs. Morgan is dedicated to representing the immigrant community nationwide in affirmative family and employment-based petitions before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and before U.S. Consulates worldwide. Further, Ms. Morgan zealously defends her clients at USCIS interviews and in deportation proceedings before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) and all U.S. Immigration Courts. In addition, she defends her clients’ rights in appeals to the EOIR, USCIS, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Immigration Lawyers USA practice is limited to immigration law.

Mrs. Morgan is fluent in Spanish and English and is conversational in Portuguese. She is experienced in complex family-based applications; unlawful presence, crime and fraud waivers; removal defense, including cancellation of removal for non-legal permanent residents and for legal permanent residents, asylum, adjustment of status and prosecutorial discretion; U visa, VAWA, TPS, DACA applications; naturalization cases, and most employment-based applications.

Mrs. Morgan earned her Juris Doctor in 2009 from West Virginia University College of Law, where she served as a WVU Immigration Law Clinic student attorney and the International Law Student Association vice president. She earned a double Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Print Journalism in 2005 at Murray State University in Kentucky, graduating at the top of her class summa cum laude and twice winning awards for being the Best Spanish Student in the Modern Language Department.

Mrs. Morgan is an active member of the South Florida Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), currently, serves as Co-Chair of the Continued Legal Education committee and a member of the Unlawful Practice of Law committee. She also serves on the Immigration Law Section New Member Division committee of the Federal Bar Association and as a volunteer attorney at Bridge Immigration Services, a non-profit associated with Caring for Miami and Christ Fellowship Church in Miami.
