During law school, Andrea served as an intern for the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement office at the Krome facility, where she first-chaired various cases in deportation proceedings. She also served as an intern for the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. Additionally, Andrea re-established and served as President of the Criminal Law Society at FIU College of Law.
