Cristina Casabianca is an associate attorney concentrating in the area of Immigration and Naturalization. Ms Casabianca’s experience ranges from employment-based visa petitions including EB-1’s, H-1B’s, L-1A’s, E’s, O-1’s, and PREM, to family based immigration visa petitions and naturalizations. Ms. Casabianca is also familiar with various aspects of deportation and asylum litigation before immigration courts.
Ms. Casabianca received her B.A. in History and International Relations from Oglethorpe University, and earned her Juris Doctor degree from American University, Washington College of Law. Upon graduation, Ms. Casabianca was chosen as an Equal Justice Works Fellow during which she worked on a project partnering with Legal Aid Service of Broward County and Women In Distress to provide legal assistance in obtaining lawful immigration status for immigrant victims of domestic violence, child abuse and other violent crimes.
