Mrs. Aburto specializes in all aspects of Immigration and Nationality Law, and Federal Litigation Cases. She received her high school diploma from Coral Reef High School in Miami, FL. She then graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies. She received her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, FL, as well as a certificate in International and Comparative Law.

Mrs. Aburto is a member of the Florida Bar, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Mrs. Aburto is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Mrs. Aburto has personally handled thousands of Immigration cases, including deportation defense, Immigration court appearances, marriage interviews, asylum hearings, citizenship interviews and citizenship hearings on appeal, over the last 8 years.
