Specializes in employment-based visa and green card petitions. Mrs. Ades received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in May 2010, and has been a member of the Florida Bar since July 2010. She graduated at the top 10% of her class and was elected to the Order of the Coif, a prestigious honorary law society. While in law school, Mrs. Ades was a student attorney at the University of Miami Immigration Clinic, where she assisted underprivileged clients on a pro bono basis.

Mrs. Ades also served as an Associate Editor of the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review. She wrote a paper entitled "Lawful Permanent Residents: The Forced Bachelors and Bachelorettes of America", which was selected for publication on the Review's Spring 2009, volume 40 edition.

Mrs. Ades earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University in 2005. She graduated magna cum laude, double majoring in Economics and International Relations.
