Jack Finkelman has guided many foreign investors in coordinating the negotiation, structuring and documentation of their investments with proper immigration planning. Based upon his legal expertise, as well as his personal background, he is uniquely qualified to assist foreign investors with the complete range of services which they require – from obtaining temporary non-immigrant visas to establishing full time, permanent residence and managing a full-fledged commercial enterprise. Jack is also fully qualified to deal with all aspects of domestic commercial real estate matters including acquisitions and sales, lending, leasing and joint venture agreements. He is a frequent speaker on immigration matters both on a state and national level to such organizations as The Florida Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
