Jennifer provides counsel on all aspects of corporate U.S. immigration, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence, citizenship, compliance, and consular processing. Jennifer offers immigration advice to a wide spectrum of employers in varying industries. Her clients include luxury cruise lines, airlines, 4/5 star hotels and restaurants, power generation and distribution companies, universities, technology companies, packaging and logistics companies, and insurance companies. In addition, she has particular knowledge and experience in providing counsel on matters related to crewmen’s visas and the H-2B Temporary Non-Agricultural Program.
Jennifer is a regular speaker/presenter/moderator for numerous training seminars for clients, professional organizations, and academic institutions regarding the immigration process and I-9 employment eligibility verification.
Jennifer is active in her community as a Volunteer for YMCA of the USA, (1995 - Present); Deacon at the First Presbyterian Church of Miami (2008 - 2010); former Executive Committee Member for the World Alliance of YMCAs, Geneva Switzerland (2002 – 2006); former Board Member of the International Branch of the YMCA of Greater New York (2001 - 2002); and former World Fellow of National Council of YMCAs of Sri Lanka (1995-1996).
