Attorney Michelle Alexandra Gonzalez is proud of her hispanic origins. She is originally from the beautiful city of Miami, Florida, known for its rich international culture, and for unique traditions from natives of Cuba, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.
Attorney Michelle attained her Juris Doctor (JD) from Florida International University College of Law, and a Master of Law degree (LL.M.), in International Law from the University of Miami, School of Law. She is an active member in Good-Standing of the Florida Bar, and a member of the American Immigrants Lawyers Association (AILA).
She vigorously and competently advocates on behalf of her clients, on a national and global scale in their U.S. immigration affairs. Attorney Michelle focuses in providing representation in immigration cases, particularly family petitions, removal of residency conditions, adjustment of status to legal permanent residents, waivers for illegal entry and naturalization (citizenship) matters, etc. She
has and continues to represent clients before United States Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS), National Visa Center (NVC), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR, Immigration Court), and US embassies.
