He started his career assisting Judge Márcio Keppler Fraga in both criminal and civil matter in the city of Porto Alegre, Brazil.
Later, he obtained a Master of Law (LL.M.) degree from the University of Miami in the United States and subsequently his bar license from the State of New York in the United States.
Prior to founding the Risch Law Firm, Mr. Risch has served as counsel for Motorola Solutions, and continues to serve several companies in expanding their business internationally.
Mr. Risch has also worked at prestigious immigration law firms, such as Rahbaran & Associates and Hayman-Woodward, where he acquired unique experience in employment and investment based immigration matters.
With more than one thousand visa application approvals, Mr. Risch has become a leading attorney in the representation of prominent aliens such as, multinational executives, national interest waiver applicants, artists, entertainers, and elite athletes.
