Attorney Nera Shefer has a dual Juris Doctor degree, one from Universidad del Norte in her native city and country, Barranquilla, Colombia and another one from Saint Thomas University, Law School in Miami, Florida, U.S.A. Attorney Shefer, was named the most effective lawyer by the Daily Business Review in 2012, included in the Super Lawyers' Rising Stars lists of 2013 and 2014, the International Women Organization, and the Latino American Who's Who.
