Immigration Lawyers @ Bander Law Firm

Bander Law Firm Services

One of South Florida's leading law firms concentrating on immigration and nationality law. Our firm was founded in Miami in 1980 by the late Michael A. Bander (1938-2018) at the gateway to Latin America, the Caribbean and the Gulf. Our Miami office is easily accessible from I-95 and near U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Miami District Office headquarters. Bander Law provides comprehensive immigration law services to businesses, institutions, families and individuals world-wide.

The firm is widely recognized for its aggressive law practice, taking on challenging cases that require experienced practitioners and finding workable solutions. Our success rate is exceptionally high; we know the law and will challenge USCIS when they take too long or make a mistake, even if that means suing in federal court. While the firm handles all types of immigration and nationality cases, we have been recognized for our ingenuity in cases that involve the Cuban Adjustment Act (particularly for individuals born outside of Cuba to a Cuban-born parent), recovery of renounced or lost U.S. citizenship, the Violence Against Women Act, and expedited EB-5 petitions.

As a two-generation law firm with more than 35 years in the business, our firm has established a strong reputation in the community. Named one of The Best Lawyers in America by his peers, one of "Florida's Top Lawyers" by Florida Monthly, and one of the "Best of Miami" by Miami Today, Michael A. Bander was regularly listed in the South Florida Legal Guide as one of the best lawyers in South Florida, while Stephen M. Bander is listed in Super Lawyers and also in the South Florida Legal Guide.

In our long history in South Florida, we have counseled many artists and art professionals and we are proud supporters of many charities as well as major arts and cultural groups.
